Are your bags water-resistant or waterproof?
Crafted from leather and cotton canvas, our backpacks come in two distinct styles: waxed for water resistance and unwaxed for a classic touch.
While waxed canvas repels water with its wax layer, it's not entirely waterproof.
Unwaxed canvas may endure a sprinkle, yet it's not water resistant.
But, don't fret—we've got wax bars to weatherproof your pack, and we suggest our tailored waxes for the best care!
How do I properly care for and maintain my canvas or leather bag?
Our bags are made of materials, easy to care for.
Leather Care:
- Avoid machine washing; it harms the leather.
- Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- Enhance with specialized leather balm for a polished look.
- Let it air dry fully.
- Prevent damage: no long sun exposure or damp storage.
Canvas Maintenance:
- Whether waxed or unwaxed, a soft, soapy cloth works best.
- For waxed canvas discoloration, warm it with a hairdryer (~30 seconds) to remove marks.
