How can I buy?
To purchase our products just add them to the cart and follow the guided procedure, the procedure consists of 6 steps:
1Step: Select the product to purchase.
2Step: Open the cart at the top right of the page and click on the purchase process.
3Step: Enter the useful information for shipping (if you have entered them in the past then they will appear automatically), accept the privacy policy and click on SAVE (this operation could take more than 1 minute to load, so please click and wait patiently).
4Step: choose the payment method between payment by credit card or prepaid card (including postepay)
5Step: Accept the terms and conditions of use
6Step: Click on complete order, then a last page will open to complete the payment and confirm the order.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order through the track code you received via email from our courier, if you cannot find the email please check in spam, for any further info you can contact us by email on bermountstore@gmail.com.
I need help but all support channels are not responding, why?
our customer service is not H24 but is active from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00, the chat is live so you will receive assistance in a few minutes while on whatsapp and via email the times response time can be up to 1/2 hours, messages will be answered in chronological order of receipt.
What are the delivery times for an order?
Delivery times are 9-15 working days from the shipping confirmation email. You will also receive an email and a text message from the courier with the track code to monitor the status of the delivery.
What happens if the courier fails to deliver the product?
In case of problems with the delivery of your order (eg wrong address, customer absent at the first and second passage, etc ...) you can ask for explanations directly by contacting your office in competence, if you encounter further problems you can contact us by email on bermountstore@gmail.com, our staff will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

You can know the price and available sizes of any product directly on our online shop, if you have difficulty you can write the name of the product in the search bar. If you want to know the price of a product seen on facebook or instagram you can directly send a private message to the pages in question and they will reply as soon as possible.
